Payment Schedule
€259 of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 120 days before arrival or earlier.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Rates are based on a per night basis with a required minimum 2 night reservation. Pricing accomodates the first 14 guest using the 4 bedrooms/twin beds upstairs.Â
Stays for Thursday-Sunday nights are $700 and Monday-Wedsnesday nights are $500.
If the group is for 15 or 16 guests the master suite will be opened for an additional $50 per 15th and 16th guest.Â
